Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MassagedMe, we strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for all users. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness and clarity for both customers and therapists.
1. Cancellation Policy
For Customers

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment – Full refund or option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Cancellations within 12-24 hours of the appointment – 50% refund or option to reschedule with a small rebooking fee (£X).

Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows – No refund, as therapists reserve their time for the booking.
For Therapists

Therapists must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel.

If a therapist cancels, customers will receive a full refund or a priority rebooking at no extra charge.

Repeated cancellations by therapists may result in account suspension.
2. Refund Policy

Late arrival by therapist (15+ minutes) – Customers may request a partial refund or choose to proceed with the session.

Service dissatisfaction – If a customer is not satisfied due to legitimate service concerns, they may submit a dispute within 24 hours, and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

Technical issues with booking – If a payment is taken in error or a system failure occurs, customers are entitled to a full refund.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel a booking or request a refund, please contact info@massagedme.com or use the "Manage My Booking" feature in your account.
Our team will review refund requests and respond within 48 hours.
